This year’s symposium brought together sculptors from around the world, who lived and worked side by side at the Lundhs Stålaker quarry. With Larvikite as their shared starting point, the artists explored the possibilities of the material through their individual artistic expressions, creating new works through professional exchange, collaboration and encounters across cultures.

The new sculptures can now be experienced at Skulpturpark Stålaker. We encourage everyone to visit the park and discover how the artists have given Larvikite new forms and expressions through their work.
